All products are subject to availability. Artobic reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Artobic reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, Artobic may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when Artobic sends you an order confirmation email. Artobic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are accurate before completing your purchase. Artobic is not liable for errors made by the customer at the time of ordering.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Artobic does not store payment card details.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Artobic reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is disputed, charged back, or reversed without our consent.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Artobic is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Refunds and returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and product photographs, is the property of Artobic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The art prints sold by Artobic are reproductions of works that may be in the public domain or licensed for reproduction. The purchase of a print does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artobic, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any products purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property.
