Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on artobic.art by Artobic. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Artobic reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items being out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


2. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via reputable logistics carriers selected at our discretion based on your delivery location and order size. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to most destinations worldwide. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and carrier conditions.

Artobic is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Rates are subject to change without notice.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee paid to Artobic.

Artobic has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have concerns about import fees.

Artobic will not be held liable for any delays caused by customs clearance, nor will we issue refunds for orders refused at customs or abandoned due to unpaid duties.


6. Packaging

All art prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on the size, prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers or protective tubes. Artobic takes great care in packaging; however, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by the carrier during transit.


7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. Artobic is not liable for:

  • Packages lost or delayed in transit
  • Damage caused during shipping
  • Incorrect delivery due to an address error provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@artobic.art within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-damaged items.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and then notify us. Artobic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Artobic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@artobic.art. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties), the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Artobic reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs and any return fees from any refund issued in such cases.


10. Changes to This Policy

Artobic reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
