Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on artobic.art by Artobic Limited. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
As our art prints are made-to-order and are of a personalised nature, we are unable to resell returned items. We therefore strictly enforce a no-return, no-exchange policy.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact us at support@artobic.art.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin processing orders immediately upon payment confirmation to ensure timely fulfilment. No exceptions will be made.
3. Exceptions — Defective or Incorrect Items
We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following strictly limited circumstances:
- The item received is materially defective due to a manufacturing fault
- The item received is incorrect (i.e. a different product or size than what was ordered)
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us at support@artobic.art within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item, including the packaging and the item itself
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Artobic reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a defect qualifies under this policy. Our decision is final.
4. What We Do Not Cover
The following are explicitly excluded from any refund or replacement consideration:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Colour variations due to differences in screen calibration or monitor settings
- Minor variations in print size within industry-standard tolerances
- Damage caused during shipping (please refer to our Shipping Policy)
- Items lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier after dispatch
- Orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid import duties
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Items that have been used, displayed, framed, or altered in any way
5. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved by Artobic at our sole discretion, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund where appropriate.
Artobic will not refund original shipping charges under any circumstances.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. Where such laws apply, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes to This Policy
Artobic reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
