The Prints

What kind of prints do you sell?

We sell high-quality reproductions of iconic classic artworks — think Vermeer, Van Gogh, Klimt, Hokusai, and more. Our Facet Classics collection brings the world's greatest art to your walls, without the museum price tag.

What are the prints made of?

All prints are produced on gallery wrapped canvas unless otherwise specified on the product page. We use archival-quality inks designed to be vivid, detailed, and long-lasting.

Will the colours look exactly like on screen?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but all screens display colours differently depending on calibration and settings. Minor colour variations are normal and do not constitute a defect. If colour accuracy is critical to you, we recommend ordering a smaller size first.

Do the prints come framed?

Our gallery wrapped canvas prints are ready to hang straight out of the box. For any non-canvas prints, they are sold unframed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What sizes are available?

We offer multiple sizes for each artwork. Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you need a custom size, contact us at hello@artobic.art and we'll see what we can do.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most destinations worldwide. Shipping rates and availability are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have concerns.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

First, check your tracking information. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@artobic.art and we'll investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my print if I change my mind?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us at support@artobic.art within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will assess your case and respond as soon as possible.

Other Questions

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

We'd love to hear from you. Contact us at hello@artobic.art to discuss bulk pricing and options.

Can I use your images for commercial purposes?

No. All content on artobic.art is protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a print does not grant any rights to reproduce or commercially use the artwork or our product images. See our Terms of Service for details.

How do I care for my print?

Keep your print away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and heat to preserve its colours and quality. For canvas prints, occasional light dusting with a dry cloth is all that's needed to keep them looking their best.
